1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PopProp (the “App” / “Game”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Entertainment Only

PopProp is a game for entertainment and utility purposes. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3) No Investment / No Profit Promise

PopProp does not promise or guarantee profits, yields, returns, or earnings. Any tokens or in-game items are used for gameplay features only and do not represent securities or investments.

4) In-Game Currency (“Bricks”)

“Bricks” are an in-game currency used to unlock or speed up gameplay features. You can play and progress without purchasing Bricks. If available, you may acquire Bricks using supported methods (including tokens), but Bricks are not required to use the App.

5) Wallets & Blockchain Transactions

If you choose to connect a wallet, you are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. All blockchain transactions require your explicit confirmation in your wallet and may involve network fees. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

6) User Responsibility

You are responsible for your actions while using the App. You agree not to exploit bugs, cheat, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.

7) Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the App or blockchain interactions.
